Cloonamore

Visual system, website design & copywriting for a residential development in Sligo, Ireland. Client project for Novot Holdings — 2026.

The Objective

Novot Holdings needed a brand and sales website for Cloonamore, a new development of family homes in Sligo. It had to feel warm and premium enough to sell homes off-plan, hold its own against how established Irish developers present, and give the selling agent a site that does practical work — house types, floorplans, and enquiries.
The Challenge

Cloonamore is the second residential development by Novot Holdings, following The Tannery in Sligo. The challenge was to create a distinct identity that felt connected to the developer's existing portfolio without simply repeating it. Alongside the visual design, the website needed to support the practical needs of prospective buyers, with an intuitive mobile experience, clear house type and floorplan information, and thoroughly verified local content.

The Solution
The identity came from the landscape. Novot's two Sligo developments needed to feel like family, but where The Tannery sits closer to town, Cloonamore is the rural one — so I built its identity around nature: a palette of deep forest green with cream, and one rule held throughout — no black backgrounds. The green and cream carry the site. The site launched with the working wordmark while the final brand mark is still in client review.
